Workforce Management Consultant

Main role and responsibility :

• Diagnose: Assess current workforce processes, data, systems and pain points
• Design: Develop target operating model, policies, detailed processes, RACI, governance and KPIs
• Build: Create workflows, SOPs, templates, dashboards and supporting data structures
• Pilot: Run the processes with selected IT Portfolios and refine based on usage
• Connect: IT demand → capabilities → workforce → sourcing interventions
• Implement: Roll out across IT, integrate with existing HR /Finance / Portfolio Management processes and establish governance
• Embed: Build capability with existing clients process owners, train teams and establish continuous improvement

Qualification :

• 8+ years experience in project management in full life cycle package / solution implementations, PM processes, methods and tools experience in creating and delivering project level documentation (i.e., client briefs, reports, etc)
• Experience in professional consulting areas
• Good communicational skills both English and Thai
