Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot development, technical delivery leadership, and software engineering best practices.

The role focuses primarily on leading development teams, ensuring high-quality implementation, and providing deep technical guidance across the software development lifecycle. The candidate will also support detailed technical design activities and collaborate closely with Solution Architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and resolve technical issues during sprint execution
• Develop detailed technical design documents and diagrams
• Design and develop scalable applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices
• Manage Git workflows including branching, merging, rebasing, and pull requests
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and security issues

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience with Git workflows and CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of software design and engineering best practices
• Proven experience leading development teams in Agile environments
• Good problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies is an advantage
