Tech Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with a background in banking/financial services or consulting, proficient in frontend Angular.js and backend Java Spring Boot technologies. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and leading a team of developers to success. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement robust solutions that meet business objectives.

Main role and responsibility

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design scalable and secure solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to meet project goals.
• Lead the development of frontend Angular.js and backend Java Spring Boot applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Thai.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in banking/financial services or consulting industry.
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using Angular.js and backend development using Java Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
