Senior Business Analyst

Main role and responsibility :

• Lead business requirement gathering and understand and map the full life cycle of business processes to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple dependent and co-dependent factors.
• Translating business needs into user stories and/or requirements, oversees the refinement of user stories and/or requirements, has an understanding of processes and procedures, and can articulate the requirements with technology experts, testers and businessstakeholders. 
• Working closely with Service designers, UX and UI designers and being able to recommend improvements to customer journeys and process flows to improve the customer experience. 
• Working closely with project stakeholders to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverable. 
• Understand the value of opportunities and ensure it aligns to the Value Framework. 
• Creates process flow or work flow diagrams using a variety of business process design tools and techniques. 
• Leads or mentors Business Analysts, handles complex business needs and may participate in solution design and architecture discussions. 
• Lead and facilitate workshops with business users, with ability to playback the solution. 
  
• Work to optimize system performance and participates in process design or improvement initiatives.
• Assist with and/or creates project documentation, including functional, technical and conceptual design specifications, requirements/due diligence, use-cases, testing scenarios, process flow charts etc.
• Update documentation for internal system application and integration projects, including user and internal documentation.
• Utilize various AI tools, software tools and applications for data extraction and analysis for project support.

Qualification :

• 5+ years experience as Business Analyst from professional consulting services
• Experience in professional consulting areas with Lending, Retail or Non-retail products knowledge
• Bachelor Degree
• Able to communicate both writing and speaking in English and Thai
