IT Product Owner

A subject matter expert in designated areas of the business domain to provide in-depth knowledge to other teams. Gathering and analyzing business requirements, understand business impact and provide solution and advice to business users based on experience. Working as a team lead and ability to communicate requirements across the project team and business users.

Main role and responsibility:

- Working closely with Service designers, UX and UI designers and being able to recommend improvements to customer journeys and process flows to improve the customer experience

- Translating business needs into user stories and/or requirements, oversees the refinement of user stories and/or requirements, has an understanding of processes and procedures, and can articulate the requirements with technology experts, testers and business stakeholders

- Working closely with project stakeholders to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverable

- Understand the value of opportunities and ensure it aligns to the Value Framework

- Creates process flow or work flow diagrams using a variety of business process design tools and techniques

- Leads or mentors Business Analysts, handles complex business needs and may participate in solution design and architecture discussions

- Lead and facilitate workshops with business users, with ability to playback the solution

Qualification :

• 8+ years experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT development within the banking and finance industry with a strong background on crafting user stories.
• Experience in professional consulting areas is a must
• Bachelor Degree
• Able to communicate both writing and speaking in English and Thai
