Chief of Talent Transformation and Change Management


Own and drive organizational talent development through a strategic change management program that builds the future-ready workforce and grows the necessary skill sets.  In addition, leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives to drive business growth for Krungthai Bank.

Main role and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure seamless integration of new processes, technologies, and policies, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness for the Krungthai SpaceBlue Program
  • Designing and delivering talent transformation programs to upskill and reskill employees, fostering a culture of innovation for both Krungthai and IBMDT.
  • Provide recommendations and analysis of the impacts of organizational change, assessing risks, and mitigating potential disruptions to ensure minimal business disruption and maximum ROI on change initiatives, while maintaining stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to develop and implement talent development frameworks and performance metrics for Krungthai and IBMDT.
  • Develop strategic communication and PR initiatives that highlights the organization’s people development capabilities, leadership culture and workforce transformation journey

Practice Development

  • Shape, refine, and continuously improve our Talent Transformation and Change Management delivery frameworks, ensuring they are fully aligned with Garage ways of working.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the Talent Transformation and Change Management team, fostering skill development, capability building, and overall talent growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading talent transformation or organizational development initiatives within large-scale organizations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends, with a focus on learning and development, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and adoption.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of talent transformation initiatives.
  • Passion for driving positive change, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and unlocking the full potential of our talent.
