🔧 Key Responsibilities (What you’ll actually do)
1️⃣ Change & Communication Support
- Help draft and format change communications (emails, intranet posts, posters, slides)
- Support creation of simple visuals (infographics, one-pagers, FAQs)
- Assist in managing communication calendars and tracking releases
- Proof read and ensure messages are clear, human, and on-brand
2️⃣ Stakeholder & Engagement Activities
- Support workshops, townhalls, learning sessions, and roadshows (online & onsite)
- Help prepare session materials, participant lists, polls, and feedback forms
- Capture key insights, themes, and action points from sessions
- Assist in running engagement activities (games, quizzes, reflections)
3️⃣ Change Champion & Network Support
- Help coordinate Change Champions / Advocates
- Track participation, attendance, and activities
- Support content posting on collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage)
- Help spotlight success stories and good practices from the ground
4️⃣ Measurement & Insights
- Help collect and consolidate feedback surveys (e.g., pulse checks, NPS)
- Maintain simple trackers (Excel / SharePoint / Forms)
- Assist in summarizing insights into simple charts or slides
5️⃣ Project & Team Support
- Support day-to-day coordination across change initiatives
- Maintain documents, folders, and templates
- Assist senior team members with ad-hoc tasks related to transformation
🌱 Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, IT, or related)
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Forms, Teams)
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and curiosity about people & change
Nice to Have
- Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint visuals)
- Interest in HR, transformation, Agile, or digital change
- Experience organizing events, workshops, or student activities
- Comfortable speaking up and asking questions
