Main role and responsibility:
- Develop, create and implement new processes to improve operating efficiency and ensure timeliness and accuracy of workflow in the daily operations for Banking clients.
- Ensure efficient processing of transactions and queries exceeding the client’s expectations.
- Ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the agreed service level and in accordance with the expectations of the client and identify service gap as well as opportunities for process improvements.
- Liaison with key stakeholders within the client's operations such as legal, compliance and front office to ensure the smooth running of their banking, treasury services, or wealth management department to define strategies for transitioning to Agile practices.
- Act as a trusted agile advisor to organizations and provide guidance through their digital transformations.
- Lead workshops & training sessions to educate individuals on Agile Values via IBMGarage
- Mentor and coach the change agents within client organization and create sustainable Agile capabilities.
- Coach and mentor peers on the team on influencing organizational change under digital transformation and apply IBMGarage
Qualification:
- 8+ years experience in project management in full life cycle package / solution implementations, PM processes, methods and tools experience in creating and delivering project level documentation (i.e., client briefs, reports, etc)
- Certified in agile methods and frameworks e.g. SAFe, Design Thinking, PSM and etc.
- Experience in professional consulting areas
- An excellent communicator( possess a communication skill both in Thai and English)
